Arkadaşlar merhaba Groundskeeper olarak texas galvestona gidiyorum. Groundskeeper sizce mantıklı bir seçim mi ?

1. Performs light to heavy manual labor for extended periods under some unfavorable climatic conditions,
(rain, cold, excessive heat)
2. Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for
events such as banquets and meetings
3. Be able to work unsupervised by self and together with a crew of 30 or more individuals
4. Stay in an assigned area and a maintain cleanliness in assigned area
5. Communicate with Leads and Management to receive new guidelines and tasks daily
6. Answer Grounds calls over the radio and respond to those calls
7. Walk property and visually inspect grounds for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues
8. Ensure parks restrooms are supplied, clean and in working order
9. Clean and maintain cleanliness of restaurant and grounds dump areas
10. Clean (sweep, dust, mop, vacuum) grounds, offices, arcade, retail areas and stores on the property
11. Clean and maintain cleanliness of the actual Boardwalk. Removing Stains and bird spots and removing
standing water
12. Clean and polish Benches, tables, ash urns, and signs on property
13. Change garbage cans of the property and dispose of garbage properly
14. Pull dumpsters from restaurants and operate hydraulic lift and trash compactor at the park’s dumpsite
15. Remove Gum from grounds using tools from a hand scraper to the gum removal machine
16. Remove debris and change sand from ash urns as needed
17. Maintain and operate light machinery (Forklift, John Deere Gator, street sweeper, scrubber) as needed
18. Maintain and operate a small group of pressure washing equipment ranging from 100 to 5500 PSI
19. Greet and assist guests with questions and concerns
20. Assist landscaping (Clearing flowerbeds of trash, weeding, mulching and insect control)
21. Assist Maintenance with light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
22. Clean, make minor repairs, and service all equipment used in grounds such as John Deere Gator, street
sweeper, scrubber, pressure washer
23. Sweep and pick up trash in the parking lots and disposes of it properly
24. Lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects weighing up to and exceeding one hundred (100) pounds
25. Wash down floors and floor mats and empty garbage from select restaurants and kiosks
26. Perform all job or work assignments satisfactorily, safely, and efficiently by standards set by management.
27. Follow the Landry’s code of conduct and safety rules
28. Performs related work as assigned

Eğer iş hoşuna giderse zaten problem olmaz.Baktın çok sıcakladın,durumunu uygun bir şekilde supervisora iletirsen bir çözüm bulursunuz.İş ayrıntısı derken haftada kaç saat çalışacaksın ortalama,saatlik ücretin ne kadar ve overtime imkanı var mı,bu tarz şeylerden bahsetmiştim.
