Mailing Days
In order to provide adequate time for the delivery of Tickets by Mail, the tickets must be purchased a minimum of 10 mailing days prior to date of travel. Mailing days are days on which U.S. Mail is delivered and excludes the day of purchase, Sundays and holidays.

If you have purchased a Ticket By Mail and have not received it within 10 days of placing your order please contact our Customer Assistance Center.
